Here's what John Barnette will tell you about himself: he's been in the room with people at their lowest — and he's watched them walk out different.

Not because he said something magical. Because he helped them see something they already knew but couldn't quite reach — that the life they want is not as far away as the voice in their head keeps insisting.

John has been coaching, mentoring, and speaking for over two decades. He's a certified Life Breakthrough Coach through the Association for Coaching, and he currently leads a national team as a Director at a major appraisal firm — which means his leadership coaching is grounded in what actually works on real teams under real pressure, not just what sounds good in a workshop.

His message has reached classrooms, boardrooms, and sanctuaries across the country — and the response is always the same: people leave different than they arrived. He's mentored people at every stage of life — the college student figuring out their direction, the mid-career professional who's lost their edge, the leader who's capable of more than their current ceiling allows. His approach doesn't change: honest, warm, and relentlessly focused on what's actually in the way.

What sets John apart is that he doesn't separate faith from the work. He believes purpose, identity, and the life you're called to live are inseparable — and that when a person aligns who they are with why they're here, something shifts that no strategy alone can produce. That's not a selling point. It's the foundation everything else is built on. If that resonates with you, you're exactly who he coaches.

Outside of sessions, John's world is his family. A husband, father, and grandfather — he'll tell you that every person he works with reminds him of someone he loves. That's not a line. That's how he shows up.

He has one simple belief about what happens when people finally get honest about where they are and where they're going: they change. Every time. Without exception.

If you're ready to find out what that looks like for you — let's talk.Schedule a free intro call. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation.

Terrance Jefferson didn’t start as a coach. He started as someone who watched gifted people — people with real ability and real potential — stay stuck because nobody ever taught them the business of being themselves.

So he decided to become that person for others.

Today, Terrance is a certified Life Breakthrough Coach (Association for Coaching) and a college instructor with over a decade of experience helping people build the identity, skills, and financial foundation they need to stop surviving and start leading their own lives. In the classroom, he prepares electronic technology students to master their craft — while simultaneously teaching them what the curriculum always leaves out: how to brand themselves, how to think about money, and how to show up in the world like someone building a future, not just landing a job.

Outside the classroom, he brings that same framework to coaching clients at every stage — the 22-year-old trying to figure out their direction, the professional who’s capable of more than their current ceiling allows, the person who finally wants to close the gap between where they are and where they know they’re meant to be.

What sets Terrance apart is that he doesn’t separate the practical from the purposeful. Financial literacy, personal branding, and career strategy aren’t add-ons to his coaching — they’re the foundation it’s built on. His work is faith-informed, rooted in the belief that every person carries a purpose worth building toward. And that when someone finally aligns who they are with what they’re here to do, something shifts that strategy alone can’t produce.

Terrance is motivated by generational impact — the idea that one person getting clear on who they are and what they’re building doesn’t just change their own life. It changes everyone coming after them.

That’s the kind of coaching that outlasts the session.
