“Tamim” is a Hebrew word that means perfect — and we chose it because perfection isn’t about flawlessness… it’s about completion. Finishing the assignment. Becoming whole. Stepping into the best version of yourself.

Tamim exists because too many people are living life stuck, uncertain, overwhelmed, or without clear direction. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success — whether that means finding purpose, gaining clarity, building a winning mindset, or getting a second chance.

Tamim Coaching Solutions was born from a moment we couldn’t ignore.
A gentleman approached both of us — John and Terrance — unsure about where his life was headed. We realized this wasn’t a one-time encounter… this was our everyday reality. People kept coming to us for direction, clarity, and truth.

We didn’t chase coaching — coaching chased us.

Those conversations lit a fire in us. We knew we had to create something bigger, something lasting, something that would help anyone who crossed our path become whole.

And from that calling, Tamim Coaching Solutions was born.
